Why did you start training?

I started training with David Fairlamb Fitness as my goal was to join the army, but I had no idea where to start.

What are the benefits of training at David Fairlamb Fitness?

The main benefit of the training has been a dramatic 7.5 stones weight loss!  My overall fitness is at a level I would never have thought I could attain.
