Why did you start body sculpting training?

To look better and build my back and leg muscles.

What benefits has the body sculpting training given you?

I have got a better shape, increased my muscle definition and also strengthened my knees and lower back. This all gives me greater confidence on the modelling shoots.

One phrase that sums up the body sculpting training?

It is the first time that I have actually enjoyed training.

Jessica's training has strengthened her legs and back which were giving her constant pain. She knows she needs to keep training to maintain her excellent posture and new shape.
