Beach Bootcamp
Saturdays, all year round, 9.00am - 9.45am: Currently running.
Wakeup Workout
Tuesdays, summer months only, 6.45am - 7.30am: Currently running.
Thursdays, summer months only, 6.45am - 7.30am: Currently running.
Cost £5 per session, no joining fee, no money up front, simply pay as you go!
All sessions take place regardless of weather conditions.
Bootcamp is a 45 minute group training session where adults and kids can enjoy training in the beautiful surroundings of Tynemouth beach. Don't be scared of the word Bootcamp - funcamp is a more accurate description! Each workout consists of aerobic and bodyweight exercises designed to suit all fitness levels, which allows individuals to work at their own pace. Training on the beach in a group is fun, different and that wonderful feel good factor at the end of the session is the perfect start to your weekend.

Wakeup Workout
Give your day a real kick-start with our early morning light training session. This more relaxed workout is perfect for adults and children of all ages and abilities. The tranquil beach location, stimulating sea air and our enjoyable fitness programme combine to invigorate your body and mind, giving you that extra bit of motivation for the day ahead!
