Why did you start training?

Approaching 40 I had a desire to delay the onset of ageing. I didn't realise how unfit I was until I started training. I felt very sluggish, bloated and generally lethargic.

What benefits has the training given you?

The benefits are immeasurable both psychologically and physically. I have an overall feeling of well being with my general fitness and strength levels improved. There is a definite improvement in mobility after suffering trauma in the lower half of my body. I have never felt fitter.

One phrase that sums up the training?

Nothing is impossible.
